In these Terms and Conditions "we, our, us" refers to Integrated Information Solutions LLP (IIS-LLP). "You" and "Client" refers to IIS-LLP' Client or buyer of any product or service offered by Integrated Information Solutions LLP.
We accept the payments through wire-transfer (State Bank of India, ICICIBANK, City Union Bank), PayPal or any other client-convenient way of paying. Integrated Information Solutions LLP will never bill you with hidden or undisclosed charges at any time. All invoices and payment requests are generated only when the client has previously agreed to pay that particular amount.
Client unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Integrated Information Solutions LLP for inclusion in the Project are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. The Client will hold harmless, protect, indemnify, and defend Integrated Information Solutions LLP and its sub-contractors from any liability (including legal fees and court costs) arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.
The content/idea/theme of a website is provided by the Client. Integrated Information Solutions LLP can assist in actualizing the idea but is not responsible for the content. The Client agrees not to post any material that is false, defamatory, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.
Integrated Information Solutions LLP and the Client undertake to complete the Project within the timescale defined in the specification. Integrated Information Solutions LLP will inform the Client of project progress and will endeavor to meet the defined milestones. The Client must also supply all source materials on time. Customized projects may not have a deadline due to new additions.
Uploading a website to your hosting account, sending files through FTP, CD, or any other media is considered as delivery of the website, after which the Client is not eligible for a refund. By signing up with Integrated Information Solutions LLP, the Client agrees to clear any balance due after the website has been delivered.
Integrated Information Solutions LLP will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to the use of the website.
All Client orders require an advance payment of a minimum of 50% before implementation as confirmation of the Project. The remaining payment should be made upon Project completion, regardless of the application launch. Once the web application is launched, we provide long-term support.
For website design or other programming services, the Client must notify Integrated Information Solutions LLP of any errors or omissions within 7 days of delivery for rectification. After 7 days, the delivery is deemed accepted at an acceptable level of quality.
Integrated Information Solutions LLP cannot always guarantee an immediate start on web design projects. If this is the case, it will be discussed with the Client before work begins. All reasonable efforts will be made to meet the Client’s timelines.
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for all files and data transferred and maintain appropriate backups. We provide a complete software backup that can be restored upon your request, and we assist in taking monthly backups.
